He showed us Christ’s heart by loving the outcast, protecting the vulnerable, and urging us to love more deeply.
Now, O God of comfort, welcome him into Your loving arms. May he rest in the Good Shepherd’s embrace. Give him the reward of his work, the joy of Your presence, and peace beyond understanding.
Comfort Your Church in our sorrow. Strengthen the faithful. Inspire future leaders. Help us continue Pope Francis’s mission of love and reconciliation.
