Heavenly Father,
I come before You humbly, recognizing my imperfections and how I have fallen short of Your glory. In this moment of confession, I lay bare my heart, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness. Grant me the strength to acknowledge my wrongs and the courage to seek reconciliation with You and those I have wronged.
Forgive me, Lord, for the times when I have allowed pride to cloud my judgment and arrogance to lead me astray. Forgive me for the words spoken in anger, the thoughts of envy and jealousy, and the actions driven by selfishness. I confess my sins before You, knowing that You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Help me, O Lord, to forgive others as You have forgiven me. Let me not hold onto grudges or bitterness but instead embrace the power of Your love to heal and restore relationships. Teach me to extend grace and mercy to those who have wronged me, just as You have extended it to me.
Guide me, Heavenly Father, in the paths of righteousness, that I may walk in Your ways and follow Your commandments. Strengthen my spirit to resist temptation and to turn away from sin, knowing that Your grace is sufficient for me (2 Corinthians 12:9). Lead me to true repentance, that I may experience the joy of Your salvation and be transformed by Your love.
Lord Jesus, You bore the weight of our sins on the cross, offering Yourself as a sacrifice for our redemption. You have conquered sin and death through Your death and resurrection, offering us the gift of eternal life. Help me to embrace this gift fully, living each day in gratitude for Your mercy and grace.
Holy Spirit dwells within me, guiding me in righteousness and empowering me to live a life that honors You. Fill me with Your peace and joy, that I may be a light to the world and a witness to Your love.
In Your mercy, O God, hear my prayer of confession and grant me the assurance of Your forgiveness. Renew my spirit, O Lord, and create in me a clean heart, that I may serve You faithfully all the days of my life.
Amen.
