Heavenly Father,

As the sun rises, I come to You with a heart ready to honor You. Thank You for the gift of life and for the chance to walk with You today. I know my plans may not always match Your perfect will.

This morning, I lay down my plans and surrender to You. I sometimes try to do things on my own. But Your Word in Proverbs 3:5–6 tells me to trust in You with all my heart.

So, I choose to let go of control and release all my expectations to You. Father, guide my steps according to Your wisdom. If I must wait, teach me patience.

If You close doors I thought should open, help me trust Your redirection is for my good. Shape my desires to align with Your purposes. May I be quick to obey, even when the path is unclear.

Grant me peace as I surrender. Help me rest in the assurance that Your plans are greater than mine. Use this day for Your purposes, and let my life reflect Your grace.

I release this day, my dreams, and every outcome to You. Have Your way in me, Lord.
