Heavenly Father,
this day is ending and I’m tired. I’m laying down all the heavy stuff—the mistakes I made, the things I’m worried about, the moments I wasn’t my best self. I know I messed up today in ways both big and small, and I’m sorry.
Please forgive me and help me feel clean again. I don’t want to carry today’s failures into tomorrow.
I’m handing over my anxieties to You because honestly, I can’t fix everything. Tomorrow is going to come whether I worry or not, so help me trust that You’ve got it covered. Remind me in the morning that I get to start over—that Your love for me didn’t run out today.
Let me actually sleep tonight instead of lying here replaying everything. Keep me safe while I rest, and maybe let me wake up with hope instead of dread.
Tomorrow, help me do better. Guide my choices and give me chances to be kinder, braver, more like who You made me to be.
Thanks for sticking with me even when I don’t stick with myself. Thanks for clean slates I don’t deserve but desperately need.
