Heavenly Father,
As I lay down to rest tonight, I come before You with a heart full of stress. You know the burdens I carry and the worries that fill my mind. I ask for Your divine peace to calm every storm within me.
Lord, You are my refuge and strength. You are always there to help in times of trouble. Help me release every anxiety into Your hands, for You care for me.
Breathe Your peace into my soul, Father. Let Your presence envelop me like a comforting embrace. Soothe my mind and relax my body.
Fill my thoughts with Your Word and truth, Lord. Remind me that You give sleep to those You love. Let me rest in the shadow of Your wings.
As I drift off to sleep, protect me from all harm. Refresh my spirit for a new day. I entrust my night to You, my faithful Father, who watches over me with love.
