God, I’m sitting here in the quiet, and I just need to stop for a moment and say thanks. Thanks for today.

Thanks for the air I breathed, the strength I had when I needed it, and the people who loved me through the messy parts and the good parts alike.

You know how I usually just rush through without really seeing it? But tonight I want to actually notice.

Every small thing—every laugh, every prayer You answered, even the hard stuff that changed me. I see it now. And I see You in all of it.

I’m sorry I forget sometimes. I’m sorry I don’t stop to recognize how good You’ve been to me, how faithful You keep being even when I’m scattered and unsure about what’s coming next.

I’m laying all of this down now—the worry, the stuff I’ve been carrying. I don’t need to hold it anymore. I’m putting it with You because I trust You with it. Let me actually feel light tonight.

Let my mind settle into knowing You’re right here with me. When I wake up, I want to do it with a real sense of gratitude and be ready to show up for what You’re calling me to do.

Thank You for loving me this consistently. Thank You for being here when nothing else makes sense. I’m resting tonight knowing I’m in good hands—Your hands—and that’s enough.
