Today was hard. I’m tired—not just physically, but in my heart. There’s so much I’m carrying, and honestly, I don’t know what to do with all of it.
The disappointments, the stress, the things that didn’t go the way I hoped… it all feels heavy right now.
I need You. I need Your peace in the middle of this mess. My mind won’t stop racing, and my emotions feel all over the place. Please calm me down. Help me heal from the things that hurt today—the words that stung, the situations that left me feeling defeated.
I’m holding onto anger I don’t want to keep. I’m scared about things I can’t control. My anxiety feels louder than Your voice sometimes, and I hate that. Take all of this from me.
I don’t want to carry it anymore. Fill those empty, anxious spaces with Your comfort instead. Remind me that You’re here, that I’m not going through this alone.
